Returns and Exchanges
Do you offer returns?
We hope that you love your Rylee Roo purchase! If, however, you are not satisfied with your order you may return it for a refund* within 30 days of the original order date.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in brand new condition, unwashed and unworn, all tags still attached, and in original packaging.
Please email us at customercare@shopryleeroo.com with your order number and return request and we will start your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (minus a return shipping fee of $5.00). Refunds are usually processed in 7-10 business days after receiving the return.
*Exceptions:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale & clearance items cannot be returned or refunded. If you send them back regardless of the policy, we are by no means obligated to refund any money for the product or shipping. If we do decide to accept a sale/clearance item(s), the item(s) may be subject to a $10 restocking fee.
All international sales are final, items shipped to outside of the U.S. are not eligible for a refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the instructions for returning the original item and place a new order.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for one of those reasons, send us an email at customercare@shopryleeroo.com and we will process your exchange. If the exact replacement item is no longer available, you will have the choice of an item of equal or lesser value of the original price paid or a refund.
If you are returning a damaged or mis-shipped item, we can supply you with a return label at no charge.
