Shipping Information

We offer free shipping on all orders within the U.S.

Orders ship from our Illinois warehouse in 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays. 

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number.

Once orders leave our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly. 

At this time, we do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you love your Rylee Roo purchase! If, however, you are not satisfied with your order you may return it for a refund* within 30 days of the original order date.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in brand new condition, unwashed and unworn, all tags still attached, and in original packaging.

Please email us at customercare@shopryleeroo.com with your order number and return request and we will start your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (minus a return shipping fee of $5.00). Refunds are usually processed in 7-10 business days after receiving the return.

*Exceptions: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale & clearance items cannot be returned or refunded. If you send them back regardless of the policy, we are by no means obligated to refund any money for the product or shipping. If we do decide to accept a sale/clearance item(s), the item(s) may be subject to a $10 restocking fee. 

We currently do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the instructions for returning the original item and place a new order. 

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for one of those reasons, send us an email at customercare@shopryleeroo.com and we will process your exchange. If the exact replacement item is no longer available, you will have the choice of an item of equal or lesser value of the original price paid or a refund.

Order Information

An order confirmation email is automatically sent when an order is placed. If you did not receive an order confirmation email (don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder), please contact us at customercare@shopryleeroo.com so we can help you out.

If you need to make a change or cancellation to an order, email us at customercare@shopryleeroo.com so we can do our best to accommodate your change or cancellation before the item(s) are shipped. Once the item(s)are shipped, there will be no changes or cancellations to orders.

We accept PayPal, Shop Pay, and all major credit cards. All payments paid by e-Check through PayPal must cleared in order for your order to be fulfilled.

Currently, we do not offer gift cards for purchase.

Yes, all coupon codes must be rendered at checkout. Only one coupon code per transaction may be used. You cannot stack multiple coupons or combine them in a single transaction. Coupon codes are only valid at checkout and we will not price adjust coupons if they were not used. You are welcome to use it on your next order.

Wash Care

Viscose from bamboo is a very delicate fabric and must be handled with care. We suggest machine washing inside out (make sure all zippers, snaps, and buttons are closed) with like colors on gentle cold wash. For even better protection, use a delicates wash bag and color catcher. Lay flat or line dry for best results. Do not use bleach. Cool iron if you feel necessary. Avoid washing with rough fabrics and other garments with zippers, hooks/buttons, or velcro to avoid snagging the material. For best results, please follow the care instructions on each garment tag. 

Pilling is common for such a soft and delicate fabric with wearing and washing over time. Following the wash instructions will increase the longevity of your garments and keep them looking new as long as possible.

For garments with ruffles, we recommend you “fluff” and separate the ruffles and restore them to their original shape prior to laying flat to dry. This will ensure that the ruffles are separated and not bunched together.

Sizing and Fit

During each production, we are constantly reviewing our items and listening to feedback from our customers in order to make small improvements to our items. Measurements of our fabric may be 1-5cm indifference due to the natural stretchy nature of the bamboo fabric. Snaps, zippers, and small details are often improved to ensure the best final product is available to our customers.

Our baby and children’s pajamas are intentionally designed to be snug fitting to adhere to strict children’s sleepwear guidelines. 

All of our clothes are designed true-to-size.  However, we are a new company so we are constantly welcoming feedback on the sizing and fit of our clothing in order to make improvements.

Product Information

Pretty much all of the bamboo viscose clothing on the market today is manufactured in China, including ours! They have the best quality and the most robust supply chain, from raw materials to sewing workmanship.

No, we do not spray flame resistant chemicals on our fabrics. Because of this, we adhere to strict guidelines for snug fitting children’s sleepwear.

We are a limited-edition company which means that we do not plan to restock prints throughout an entire season at this time. We have multiple limited production runs throughout the year to allow as many unique prints to be offered to our customers as possible. Once we sell out of our prints, we will not restock them, so if you like what you see, don’t wait, be sure to buy it before we sell out! 

If the demand is there we will consider adding a “staple collection” in the future which would include a select number of prints to have multiple small restocks throughout the year.
